First ramen in 2015! ２０１５年初のラーメン！
今日は外国の方にもここ川越を
もっと知ってもらいたいと思い、
英語と日本語でブログを書いております。
それでは行ってみよ～！
Here we go!
私の旦那さんが水ぼうそうになってしまったので、
突然時間がたくさんできてしまった私。
なぜなら元気よすぎるわが子は水疱瘡がうつらない様に
私の実家へ避難したんです。
確かに時間は欲しかったんだけどね。。
Since my husband got chikenpox, suddely I have a lot of time, because my cheerful kid is at my parent’s house to avoid the sickness. I surely wanted to have a lot of time to do something…
そうか、今まで時間を効率良く使えてたのは、
うちの子のおかけでもあったのね～と
今更ながら気付いたのでした。
But I realized I was able to use the time effectively thanks to my kid.
そんなわけで、今日は ラーメン『ひなた』に来ましたよ。
今までの中での私の一押しです。
今回で３回目の来店です。
ここのラーメンの特徴は全粒粉ラーメンに魚粉がトッピングされていることと、
何種類の材料を煮込んで作られているとろっとしたスープ。
That’s why I’m here at Hinata Ramen shop today , to have the best Ramen that I’ve ever had. It is the third time I’ve been here. This ramen has characteristics of whole-gain noodle with fish powder as toppings. The soup stewed with several other ingredients.
ラーメンには２種類あると思うんです。
一つは通常のラーメンとつゆと麺が別になっているつけ麺。
つけ麺を選ぶとしたら、最後までアルデンテのちょうど良い
歯ごたえの麺が楽しめるというわけなんです！
そして、それが美味しいんだな♪
I think there are two types of Japanese Ramen. There is the original Ramen, and “Tsuke-men”, which separates soup and noodle. If you choose this, you can enjoy “al dente” noodle at last! It was delicious!
さて、明日の朝にはわが子を実家からお迎えに行かねばなりません。
そして離れていた時間の分、うちの子と一緒にたくさん遊んであげなくてはね。
Tomorrow morning, I will pick up my kid and do something special with her, whatever she wants.
