英語での不動産契約を締結しました

不動産契約が無事終わりました！ありがとうございます。お引越しおめでとうございます！今回はトルコから来たお客様でした。契約書は全て日本語ですが、私の方で翻訳及び通訳をさせていただきながら、私は宅地建物取引士でもありますので、同時進行で物件のご紹介を英語でさせていただきました。もちろん、内見も全て英語で行っています。日本の不動産契約はとても複雑で、国際人の皆様が物件を探すのは、とても難しいと実感しています。国際人の皆さんが住みやすい環境の物件を上手く探し出してお勧めするのも私の仕事の一つです。また、トルコから来た彼にはここ川越に心地よく住んでもらうために、同じ国のお友達を紹介したり彼が経営するケバブのお店も紹介します。
