Evening ! This is Mari I work for a real estate agency in Kawagoe with my parents.
I would like you to know more about Kawagoe so I will start writing blog in English. Kawagoe has been an old castle town : there are so many temples and famous shrine and tourist spot. I wish you will find intersting places.
Looking back to the past blogs of mines this time. I started writing this blog since 2011. At that time I was writing blogs at 2.3 times per month and had no idea to make an article. It was so difficult for me to continue writing blog. But look at that!! Thanks to everyone who has been there for such a long time.
Foodie in Kawagoe ! 川越グルメ情報 It's written about "Koed Kurari" which is a Tourist facility. I certainly remembered that I was addicted to the small lunch box by Koedo Kurari at this time. Now lunch boxes are not sold there, but we have a nice facility in the place.
■Tasting various kinds of Japanese sake?
You can taste different local sake by comparing. It is certainly possible to try three tastes at 500 yen.
If my memory is reliable and not drunk...;)
Sake seems to be roughly divided into four tastes.
Fruity taste, full-flavored, Smooth taste, Rich taste.
